Deliveries
WOOD-GOOD is sending orders throughout Israel in the Green Line and subject to the activity areas
of the distribution companies ,delivery time varies between delivery method and second ,usually we
use Courier Mail ( Fast delivery service ,up to the home of Israeli mail )companies that we use ,make
a delivery Sea from Sunday to Thursday , 17:00-8:00 the estimated delivery times ,therefore ,it is valid
when there is no problem ,such as :an incorrect delivery address or forces beyond our control can be
contacted by customer service regarding provisional provisions and distribution areas for more
accurate information.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). (Depend on your selection of shipping method) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
WOOD-GOOD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
WOOD-GOOD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Delivery Difficulties
If the shipping company is unable to provide the order ,they will try again the following day ,or
contact you to schedule a new supply time. Self-collection :If you choose an option for independent
product collection ,the purchaser must arrive after prior coordination and at the scheduled time ,the
product will only be provided with a credit card holder present .In case of self-transport ,the
purchaser shall not be charged with transportation fees .In any event ,the supplier may cancel an
order due to a target that cannot be disseminated in a message to the customer up to three
business days from the day of booking .
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
WOOD-GOOD ships to Domestic addresses within Israel and International addresses.
WOOD-GOOD do not ship to P.O box or APO/FPO address.
Shipment Processing Time
All Domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
International Delivery can be done via local agency of Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT according customer address.
Prices and Payment Options:

Leumi Card ,Isracard .)If you pay by PayPal ,credit will be made to your PayPal account and the

Credit card check
Credit card users will be subject to verification and approval of their credit card by the company that
produces if the credit card refused ,you will be notified immediately by our system at the final stage
of the booking.

General condition WOOD-GOOD will only get back merchandise if it is new ,complete ,and in the original packaging ,
which has not been damaged ,has changed or broken ,incomplete ,damaged or used products will
not be accepted.
Wood-Good undertakes not to transmit client credit card information to third party except by court order.
Return Product/Cancel
The pick-up service was carried out in coordination with the customer during the hours of activity
18:00-9:00 and Sunday through Thursday and will be at the expense of the supplier just in case the
supplier was wrong.
In any case, the shipment is at the customer's expense ,and the client will also be able to send the
product to the vendor's warehouses independently ,including arriving at the warehouse by
appointment with the customer service.
Credits and Time
WOOD-GOOD will do everything in its power to exonerate the client as soon as possible ,within 14
days of the arrival of the product returned to our warehouse.
Canceled order (unsent order), time to refund will be 7 days.
Refunds will be done in the following manner
If a credit card is paid ,the return will be made on the same credit card as your next bank printout . If
you have paid through PayPal ,your PayPal account will be earned.
Refund shipping cost
We will refund the freight costs of our return orders ,because of our sole responsibility ,for example :
defective products or incorrect products.
Product Information
We take all the necessary steps to ensure that the details ,descriptions ,and prices of the products
shown on the site are correct .However ,we reserve the right to decline a command ,if the
information published incorrectly in a product ,including prices and promotions.
We may cancel an order for the following reasons:
The product is not in stock.

proposal/purchaser ,the seller/company is entitled to cancel the specific purchase.
